Audacity Podcast/Digital Photography Units

There were a few things that I liked and disliked about these units. I enjoyed pod-casting. The problem i had, though, was trying to remember what every tool did. The tutorials we watched were lengthy and even when I took twelve pages of notes, I failed the test. I enjoyed being silly but had a hard time listening to my own voice. My favorite podcast assignment would have to be the music mix project. I absolutely loved the photography unit. It was fun to go around and take pictures. Then to be able to edit them, and change their meaning or enhance it was fantastic. I actually wish the photography unit had been longer. In the end it felt the pod-casting unit was too long and the digital photography unit too short.

I enjoyed working with a group on VoiceThread. Besides that I didn't really enjoy it. I don't love hearing my voice after it is being recorded. When working in my group it was fun and not as nerve wracking. I did learn a lot of new things about people in class and that there was an actual program called VoiceThread. I enjoyed certain aspects but I wouldn't really want to do it again.
